Cancellation Policy 

Deposits are non-refundable.

If full balance has been paid, 50% will be refunded if we are notified more than two weeks before check in date. 

Alteration of booked dates are accepted with more than one months notice. Alteration requests should be submitted in an email. The booking must remain with the original pod booked.

We recommend that you take out your own insurance if you would like to be covered in the event that you need to cancel your stay at late notice due to reasons such as, COVID.
